Angaza Bible & Training Institute has five directorates that work together to support the institution’s vision and mission. These directorates are:
- Academics: The Academics Directorate is responsible for the overall academic program of the institute. This includes developing and delivering courses, assessing student learning, and ensuring that the institute’s programs meet the standards of the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
- Administration: The Administration Directorate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the institute. This includes managing finances, human resources, and facilities.
- Finance: The Finance Directorate is responsible for the financial management of the institute. This includes budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
- Human Resources: The Human Resources Directorate is responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Marketing: The Marketing Directorate is responsible for promoting the institute and its programs. This includes developing marketing materials, attending trade shows, and conducting outreach activities.
Together, these directorates work to make Angaza Bible & Training Institute a premier institution of Christian education.
